A really wet first day on the Saturday saw the Caterhams try to qualify and race. A really good qualifying session made a very close timing sheet, in order for the race.
The race started off a very wet one, and just got worse. It was eventually red flagged after 4 laps becasue of a 4 car collision at becketts corner.
Sundays weather was much better, a dry track which allowed them to put on a awesome show in race 2. |

The Dutch supercar challenge GT & SS1 had their first two rounds at Silverstone This weekend. However in their 1 hour race on Saturday the weather was not kind to them at all making it hard to push for pace, and hard to keep the car on the track.
The Sunday race started off dry. Straight away the race was red flagged due to a big collision down the start/finish straight, which saw A Mosler MT900R of Paul white & Willie Moore upside down in the mud!!
Due to the accident, the race was run for only 15 minutes which saw Cor Euser taking the win, followed by Martin Short & Andrew Beaumont in third place. |

A good weekends racing for the Grand Prix masters series. The race saw not such a big grid but the cars made up for that.
Anthony Reid stole the show the whole weekend until car problems started interfering. Which left Katsuaki Kubota to take the wins. |
